HOW TO
INSTALL
5/8 - 5/8"
Product #02030478

Drill the hole to the correct size. Push the grommet through the hole. Push the insert through the grommet. TIP: Put soapy water on the grommet so insert slides through.

HELPFUL HINT:
To make a grommet hole with smooth edges, the best drill bit to use is a V-bit (or step drill). If the edge of the hole is rough, smooth it with some fine sandpaper.

USE TO INSTALL 1 1/4" DRAIN TEES
Use 3/4" grommets and the 1 1/4" specialty Tees with the 3/4" take off to connect the nutrient return lines in a "bucket system". Drill a hole in the bucket. Install the grommet and insert the 3/4" stem of the Tee fitting. Use a 1 1/4" flex hose to connect between buckets and the reservoir.

USE TO INSTALL QUICK ACTION VALVES
Install a 1/2", 3/4" or 5/8" Quick Action Ball Valve into a container using a grommet of the same size. Drill the hole, insert the grommet and push the valve end without any "writing" on it through the grommet.
