The Gavita Dew-Guard is designed specifically to protect the Gavita lamp from water drips (greenhouse condensation, foliar spraying, etc.). The most efficient horticultural lamp in the world has the “reflector” moulded into the lamp glass giving 95% of the light to the plants. No shade or reflector is required, however, like all lamps the glass can experience a thermal shock if water contacts it when hot. It features 359O adjustability on the socket for lamp positioning.
