The pump consists of a power unit encased in waterproof epoxy which creates a magentic field. This drives a powerful ceramic magnetic impeller, the only moving part, which makes it extremely energy efficient. These Mag Drive Pumps are virtually maintenance free with no seals to wear out and no contaminating oils. Sturdy construction from environmentally friendly plastic materials allows them to operate equally well in fresh or saltwater, submerged or inline.
